The Elegance Chauffeur Standard

Every chauffeur who drives under our name meets this written standard. We publish it so you can hold us to it.

01

Our Promise

A chauffeur is not simply a driver. Discretion, safety, and hospitality are the job. From the first greeting to the final door close, our chauffeurs are expected to anticipate needs, protect your time, and represent the Elegance name with calm professionalism.

02

The Hiring Bar

Trust begins before a chauffeur receives a first assignment. Every candidate must clear each step of our hiring process.

03

The Elegance Training Program

Training

Passing the hiring bar earns entry into training—not an automatic place behind the wheel. Our program covers the practical and human details that distinguish professional chauffeured service.

04

Service Standards

These are the visible commitments our clients should experience on every trip.

01

We arrive at least 15 minutes early, every time.

02

Every vehicle is detailed and inspected before pickup, with amenities stocked.

03

Our chauffeurs wear professional attire: a dark suit, pressed shirt, and tie.

04

We provide a confirmation call or text before pickup.

05

There is no phone use behind the wheel, ever.

06

What is said in the car stays in the car. Client confidentiality is absolute.

05

Safety Without Compromise

Safety

Safety is not a claim we make after the trip. It is a sequence of decisions made before and during every trip.

Pre-trip inspection

Tires, lights, glass, safety equipment, cabin condition, and essential vehicle systems are checked before departure.

Strict maintenance schedule

Our fleet is maintained on a documented schedule, with service needs addressed before a vehicle returns to duty.

Weather and road policy

We monitor conditions, adjust routes and timing, and will not place speed or schedule ahead of passenger safety.

Focused driving

Seat belts, lawful speeds, safe following distances, and zero handheld phone use are non-negotiable.

06

Accountability

Our chauffeurs receive ongoing performance reviews and annual refresher training. Management reads every client review. Any violation of this standard triggers removal from the chauffeur roster. The standard matters only if we enforce it.

“This is our standard. Hold us to it.”

This standard is reviewed and updated annually.

Owner’s rollout plan

Where to publish it

Make the standard easy to find before a client asks about safety, trust, or professionalism. One strong page should become the source that every other channel points back to.

01

Your website

Create a permanent “Chauffeur Standard” page and link it under About, Safety, and the main quote flow. This is the primary version.

02

Google Business Profiles

Publish a short launch post for both Albuquerque and Santa Fe, then link clients to the full standard on your website.

03

Sales materials

Add a one-page version to corporate proposals, wedding packets, hotel and resort outreach, and RFP responses.

04

Service pages

Place a short “Driven to our published standard” block on airport, corporate, wedding, and group transportation pages.

05

Booking communications

Include the standard link in quote follow-ups and booking confirmations—especially for first-time and corporate clients.

06

Hiring and training

Use this public promise as the front page of the internal chauffeur handbook, backed by checklists, sign-offs, and training records.

Publish in this order

  1. Verify that every commitment is operating today and assign an owner for each requirement.
  2. Create the permanent website page, then add visible links from About, Safety, and quote pages.
  3. Train the team and have each chauffeur acknowledge the standard in writing.
  4. Launch the Google Business Profile posts and update sales materials.
  5. Review client feedback monthly and revise the standard once a year.
